Year of release – 2001

Moving into 2001 one of the first tracks I released was a change of pace music wise. I had been very impressed by legendary House DJ/Producer Todd Terry’s recent foray into Drum N’Bass and decided to dabble in that area.  The result of this was ‘Cause I Told Ya’.

Later that year due to the enormous success of the ‘Scream’ trilogy of movies (and due to being such a fan of the movies and of Marco Beltrami’s soundtracks) I decided to sample the theme tune and remix ‘Cause I Told Ya’ with the result being ‘Cause I Told Ya Scream’ 😀
